She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Nannie (Hadley) and Maurice Helm; her former husband Phillip Antle; and her siblings, Jimmy Helm and Virginia Helm.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patty (David Breeding) of Russell Springs, KY and Carol (Danny Perkins) of Jamestown; her granddaughters, Heather (Roy Fox) of Russell Springs, KY and Amanda; her husband Bryan McDonald of Russell Springs, KY.; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Abby, Aicen, Aiden, Alaina, Aalijah and Ava.
