Fred Hawkins and Lydia Anderson Hawkins; his wife Ruby Catherine McCubbins Hawkins; his daughter Vicky Lynn Hawkins; his brothers, Frederick Hawkins, Edgar Hawkins, Albert Hawkins, James Hawkins, Edwin Hawkins and Marion Hawkins; and his grandson Roger Devine, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Hawkins (Gayle) of Jeffersontown, Diane Devine (Roger) of Bedford and Brenda Hawkins of Brandenburg; his sister Charlotte Bailey of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Shannon Loveless (John), Terry Wayne Gibson (Darlene), Jack Daniel Gibson, Andrew Hawkins and Brian Devine; and his granddaughter-in-law Tiffany Devine. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
