He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Moore (York) and Earl Moore; and his siblings, Roger, Larry Moore and Brenda Bunch.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Moore (Satterly) of Jamestown, KY; his children, Angela Moore of Columbia, KY and Timothy Moore (Carrie) of Jamestown, KY; and his sister Virginia Helm (Stevie) of Columbia, KY.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
