He is survived by: his wife Rita Kemp; his sons, Bo (Teresa Kemp) of Jamestown, KY and Shawn Kemp of Jamestown, KY; his siblings, Patsy Kemp of Columbia, KY., Darrell Kemp of Columbia, KY and Don Kemp of Columbia, KY; his children, Misty Kemp and John Paul Kemp; and his sister Fay Burton. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren.
