She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hensley and Mary Hensley (McIntosh); her daughters, Lula Terry and Mary Marie Gardner; and her siblings, Lewis Hensley, Ervine Hensley, Richard Hensley, America Jane Caudill, Diane Mullins and Mabel Hensley.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Hensley (Bonnie) of Beattyville, KY., Johnny Hensley (Ruth) of Beattyville, KY., Michael Hounshell of Beattyville, KY. and Donald Hounshell of Beattyville, KY.; and her sister Lena Johnson of Scottsburg, IN.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
A burial was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
