He is survived by: his wife Alicia Jane McIntosh of Jackson, KY.; his stepfather Frank Peters of Jackson, KY.; his children, Christian Tyler McIntosh of Jackson, KY., Justin Michael McIntosh of Jackson, KY., Alexis Faith Little (Ethan) of Jackson, KY. and Kirsten Lontay Campbell (Rhonda) of Jackson, KY.; and his brother Floyd Jeffery McIntosh (Rita) of Jackson, KY.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
