He is survived by: his children, Kelly Barnett of Hazel Green, KY and Rhonda Barnett of Campton, KY.; and his siblings, Johnny Wayne Hays of West Liberty, KY, Wondel Hays, Jr. (Pam) of Campton, KY, Joe Hays of Nicholasville, KY. and Jeannie Reynolds of Winchester, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
