He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sebastian and Mary Turner Sebastian; and his sisters, Brenda Schadler and Mary Beth Sebastian. He is survived by: his daughter Margaret Leann King (Shane); his granddaughter Halle GraceAnn Hogg; his sisters, Dianne Sebastian and Phyllis Patton; and the mother of his child Debbie Stivers.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
