Fugate of Jackson, KY.; his sons, Russell Ray Fugate of Jackson, KY and Jerry Tyrone Powers; his grandchildren, Brandon Fugate, Riley Fugate, Kaden Powers and Kassandra Powers; his great grandchildren, Logan Fugate and Cloe Fugate; and his siblings, Phyllis Johnson (Cecil) of Jackson, KY, Robert Fugate (Sue) of Jackson, KY. and Charles Fugate (Becky) of Jackson, KY.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
