She was predeceased by: her parents, George Allen and Cynthia House Allen; her husband Charlie Gilbert; and her siblings, Albert Allen, Virgil Allen, John Allen, Jean Vaughn, Lillie Travillan, Marie Hutton, Joyce Dooley, Ada Allen and Liddie Bell Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Gilbert (Becky) of Frankfort, OH., Jill Combs (Bryan) of Jackson, KY. and Sandy Deaton of Jackson, KY.; her grandchildren, Misty Noble (Jamin), Bryan Charles Combs (Dixie), Jason Combs (Jill), Charles Gilbert and Victor Gilbert; and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Noble, Natalee Combs, Jamison Noble, Rader Combs, Mason Combs and Wesley Combs. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Noon. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
