He is survived by: his children, Barbara Begley (John) of Beattyville, Kentucky and Keith Smith (Connie) of Beattyville, Kentucky; his son-in-law Larry Dale Smyth of Ravenna, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Theresa Jones, Nicole, Derek Begley, Jesse, Kyle Smith, Chris, Neal, Robert Smyth, Shanna Kiner and Cretia Mainous; his great grandchildren, David, Dean Addison, Tanner Thomas, Liam Begley, Eden, Landon Smyth, Kaitlyn Soto, Austin Moir, Rylee, Oliver Smyth, Abbigail, Hagan, Hartlyn, Hatton Smith, Brody, Kalia Mainous, Dylan and Kylee Kiner; his great great grandchildren, Raelynn Richards, Charlee, Robert, Jacob Addison and Annabeth Soto; his siblings, Marvin Smith, Alma Ruth Ross, William "Bill" Smith, Harold Smith and Charles Smith; and also, Derek Begley, Robert, Neal, Chris Smyth, Jesse and Kyle Smith.
