He is survived by: his parents, Homer Whitley (Hala) of Jackson, KY and Charlene Spicer Whitely (Jim Combs) of Jackson, KY.; his children, Jacob Michael Whitely of Jackson, KY. and Jasmine Whitely of Beattyville, KY.; and his brothers, David Allen Whitely (Susie) of Jackson, KY and Brandon Cecil Whitely of Dry Ridge, KY.. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and many other relatives and friends.
