He is survived by: his wife Jimzie Kay Richardson Gross; his children, Dustin Gross (Tonya) and Tracy Mullins (Neil); his siblings, David Gross (Sue), Jerry Gross (Nellie), Judy Patrick (Ray), Pam Potter and Mary Kalen (Ted); his grandchildren, TeNeil Miller (Mac), Haley Phipps (Isaac), Kennedy Mullins and Kaylee Gross; and his great grandchild Sawyer Miller.
