He is survived by: his close friend Patty Spicer of Jackson, KY.; his sons, Larry Wayne Simpkins (Jamie) of Jackson, KY and Austin Zachary Spicer (Autumn) of Vancleve, KY.; his sister Amanda Turner of Jackson, KY.; and his grandchildren, Mattea Bailey, Noah Carver, Alyicia Elam, Kayden Little Lee Vanover, Harlie Vanover, Hunter Spicer and Ember Spicer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
