He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Miller and Mae Miller. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Sturgill and Lacy Miller Jr.; and his grandchildren, Angela Smith (Andy), Hattie Sturgill and Edward Sturgill. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
