He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Banks and Maggie Lee Dunn Davis. He is survived by: his stepfather Roger Davis of Hazel Green, Kentucky; and his siblings, Eric Bush (Adalida Bailey) of Campton, Kentucky and Amanda Havens of Hazel Green, Kentucky. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 5:00 PM and at 7:00 PM.
