He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Fraley and Katherine Neace Fraley; and his wife Rose Fraley. He is survived by: his daughter Marlene Kay Webb (Christopher) of Portland, TN.; his grandchildren, Austin Marsh, Olivia Webb and Braydon Webb; and his siblings, Hollis Fraley, Tommy Combs of Portland, TN., Shirley Hollon of Portland, TN and Maxine Denton of Franklin, KY.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
