He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Mullins; and his wife Diane Mullins. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Mullins, Jennifer Mullins and Geri Cornett (Eddie); his brother Glenn Hensley; and his grandchild Katlyn Collins (Amos).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home (650 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
