He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Combs; his sons, Daniel Combs (Mikayla), John Combs (Kelly) and Nathan Cole; his father-in-law Goodlow Southwood; his sisters, Cherise Watkins (Ike) and Johnnie Lovins; his granddaughters, Madeline Jude Combs and Penelope Pearl Combs; his brothers-in-law, Tommy Southwood (Denise), Rowdy Southwood and Billy Southwood (Kasie); and his close friend Alan Hounshell. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
