He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Eugene Turner; his grandparents, Floyd Spicer, Ollie Herald Spicer, Robert Turner and Ella Watts Turner; his close friend Dustin Lovins; and his aunts and uncles, Margie Clemons, Maria Cundiff of Juanita Mooney, Ala May Gross, Virgil Turner, Dorsie Spicer, Elbert Spicer, Iona Spicer, Cora Peters and Ida Mae Crank.
He is survived by: his mother Toy Letha Spicer Fugate of Jackson; his wife Spring Howard Turner of Jackson; and his sons, Samuel Trey Turner of Owsley County, William Justice Turner of Jackson and Canyon Ray Miller of Jackson.
