He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Fugate and Patty Neace Fugate; and his sister Brenda Armstrong. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Fugate and Terance Fugate; his brother Colby Fugate (Vickie Hudson); and his grandchildren, McKinleigh Fugate and Teralyn Fugate. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
