With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Hazel McIntosh (Jackson, Kentucky), born in Campton, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Raleigh and Katherine Johnson South; her husband Herbert McIntosh; and her sister Phyllis Taulbee. She is survived by: her children, Herbert Daniel McIntosh (Teresa) and Phyllis Gross; her grandchildren, Nathan McIntosh, Billy Gross and Raven Preece; and her great grandchildren, Brooklynn Layne, Brantley Layne, Callie Preece and Dominic Preece.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339).
