She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward and Agnes Deaton Chapman; and her husband Joe Combs. She is survived by: her son Roy Howard III (Banger); her grandson William Tayton Smith; and her siblings, Elizabeth Chapman (Greg) of Morrow, OH., Wick Chapman (Sue) of Jackson, KY., George Chapman (Grace) of Jackson, KY., Greg Chapman (Susie) of Jackson, KY., John Paul Chapman (Ann) of Jackson, KY. and Steven Chapman of Jackson, KY.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
