He is survived by: his siblings, Woodrow Watts, Whick Watts, Edward James Watts (Carol) of Whick, KY., Zack Watts (Julie) of Whick, KY. and Laverna Neace (Bobby) of Gays Creek, KY.; his nephews, Walter Fugate, James Trent and Elvis Watts; and his niece Brenda Carol Herald. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, many other relatives and friends.
