He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Mullins and Mary Marshall Mullins; his son James Mullins; and his brothers, Arnold Mullins, Astor Mullins and Leonard Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Lucille Mullins of Canoe, KY.; his children, John Estill Mullins, Clayton Woodrow Mullins (Stephanie) of Canoe, KY., Kellie Mullins and Rena Mae Allen of Jackson, KY.; and his siblings, Cora Stacy, Nute Mullins (Margaret) and A. J. Mullins (Glenna) of Clayhole, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
