She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Oaks and Cleta Oaks; her daughter Alicia Fraley Smith; and her sister Carolyn Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Fraley of Hazard, Kentucky; her siblings, Peggy Williams (Donny) of Alabama and Harold Oaks (Jan) of Michigan; her grandson Jeremy Smith (Morgan) of Flatwoods, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Beau Smith and Emmett Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home (650 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
