She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Hays and William Turner, Jr.; and her brother John Scott Fugate. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Chapman; her daughters, Stacy McKnight (Darin), Leslie Cable and Rhea Price (Chuck); her grandchildren, Brad Henson, Kirsten Coldiron (Michael), Emma McKnight, Charles Price IV, John-Thomas Price and Cole Price; her great grandchildren, PJ Coldiron and Levi Coldiron; her sisters, Debbie Hall, Jennifer Turner and Pam Brown; her sisters-in-law, Edna Mae, Paula, Frances and Dosha; and her aunt Rita Parker. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
