He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Bush and Wanda Faye Noble Watts; his sister Doris Jean Godbey; and his grandson Jake Charles. He is survived by: his siblings, Fred Watts (Gora) of Jacksboro, TN and Brenda Smith (Felix) of Stanton, KY.; his daughters, Karen Watts Southwood and Kathy Watts Combs of Sadieville; his son-in-law Jeff Combs of Sadieville; his son Michael Ray Watts; his daughter-in-law Melissa Neace Watts of Clarksville, TN.; his grandchildren, Jessica Drudy (Matt), Emily Grayer (Levi) of Clarksville, TN, James Southwood of Jackson, KY, Cheyenne and Savannah Combs; his great grandchildren, Vivian Faye, Clifton Zane Grayer and Bram David; his grandchildren, Kristian, Kyle, Chloe and Andrew; and his close friends, Richard, Cassie Rink of Blue Ash, OH and Dennis Neace of Nancy, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
