He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Spicer and Martha Spicer; his siblings, Howard Spicer, Larry Wayne Spicer and Krista Spicer; his granddaughter Aubrey Turner; and his mother-in-law Jan Haskett.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Moore; his children, Gretchen Moore of Jackson Ky, Brittany Moore of Jackson Ky, Rebecca Costello (Adam) of Prestonsburg Ky and Greggory Moore (Stephanie) of Jackson Ky; his sisters, Lynette Barnett (Stanley) of Clayhole Ky, Teresa Allen (Doug) of Salyersville Ky, Robin Hudson of Hazard Ky and Dianna Stacy (Denny) of Clayhole Ky; and his grandchildren, Madison Turner, Olivia Johnson, Kendall Johnson, Caleb Turner, Andrew Moore, Gunner Turner, Wyatt Turner, Jax Moore and Kyle Johnson.
