He is survived by: his nieces, Jennifer Rebecca Williams and Emille Melissa Williams; his cousins, Barbara Gross, Anna Morris, Debra Gibbs, Delmar Shouse and Charles McKnight; and his caregivers, David, Maxine Parks, Joe White and Sue Wittenmyer.
