He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McKinney and Molly Riley McKinney; and his sisters, Polly McKinney Short and Ruby Tharp. He is survived by: his close friends, Mary Strong and Anthony Ratliff of Jackson, KY.; and his brothers, Orville McKinney and Harold McKinney, Jr.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
