She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Francis and Carrie Neace Francis; her husband Jimmy Ray Noble; and her siblings, Henry Francis, Tyrol Francis, Oscar Francis, Dana Francis, Harry Francis, Dewey Francis, Bessie Combs, Lily Mae Francis, Iolet Watts and Daisy Henson.
She is survived by: her son Donald LaRay Noble; and her siblings, Clyde Francis, Paul Francis and Elizabeth Ruth Francis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
