He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Harvey and Hazel Harvey (Hayes); his wife Sharon Dee Harvey; and his siblings, Elbert Harvey, Jr., Miranda Locke and Anna Mae Harvey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charley Harvey (Betty) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Archie Harvey of Hazel Green, KY., Laura J. Hall, Gladys Clark of Campton, KY and Audrey Trent of Mt. Sterling, KY.; his stepchildren, William Boggs, Jr. (Carolyn) of Hazel Green, KY, Wendal Boggs and Clara Box (Kirt); and his stepgrandchildren, Sharon Marie Dunn (Brandon), William Alan Boggs (Aimee), Wayde Austin Boggs (Nevaeh), Hannah Boggs, Karisha Jayde McKinney and Kaitlyn Elaine Riley (Justin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
