It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellis Herman Mullins of Jackhorn, Kentucky, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Mullins and Ota Mullins of Jackhorn, Kentucky.; his siblings, Burr Mullins, Joyce Page, Den Mullins, Clifford Mullins, MaDonna Sue Mullins, Ronald Mullins and Yvonne Miller; and his brother-in-law Greg Sexton (Charles "Buck" Hipps).
He is survived by: his spouse Arda Felice Mullins; his children, Ellis Kevin Mullins of Joppa and Kimberly Felice Mullins of Middle River, Maryland.; his siblings, JC Mullins of Edgewood, Michael Mullins of Jackhorn, Kentucky and Loretta Meade (Cathy Dishman) of Jackhorn; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Sexton, Jessie Miller, Lee Ann Boggs (Phillip) and Pam Mullins. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
