He is survived by: his sons, Greg Johnson (Charlsea) of Russell Springs and Michael Johnson (Christy) of Nancy; and his grandchildren, Chad Johnson, Kayla Johnson, Allison Johnson, Emily Johnson and Aimee Johnson.
