He was predeceased by: his father George Everette "Ed" Conn; and his brother Ricky Joe "Rick" Conn. He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Goble Conn of Ivel, KY; his son Nick Conn (Adrienne) of Lexington, KY; and the mother of his child Vikki Waddle Conn.
