She is survived by: her children, Brad Adkins (Marie) of Ivel, Kentucky, Sheila Stacy (late David) of West Liberty, Bobbi L. Salyer (Lewis King) of Winchester, Angela Maynard (Douglas) of Grethel and Kimberly Dunn of Ivel, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Courtney Maynard (Austin Hayden), Corey Maynard and Megan Branham; and her great grandchildren, Mika Thacker, Lilly Thacker and Bryan Hayden.
