She is survived by: her mother Shirley Wallen Ousley of Allen; her children, Anthony Wallen of Eastern, Kentucky and Rachel Wallen of Allen, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Payiton, Isiah, Olivia, Lillian, Leanzo, Juliana, Brooklyn, Rylan and Hunter; and her siblings, Jeffery Beasley and Jessie Woods.
