It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerlia Conn of Ivel, Kentucky, born in Drift, Kentucky, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. "Bob" Conn; her parents, Jake Salisbury and Susie Martin Salisbury; her children, Glenn Preston, Gary Dean, George Richard Conn, Brenda Jean Conn and Rita Bradford; her siblings, Rasser Salisbury and Ida Hunt; and her grandmother Duke.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Conn, Jr. (Deanna), Debbie Warrix (James) of Prestonsburg, KY, Lekita "Kay" Johnson, Bobbie Conn and Lela Ray (Donnie); and her sisters, Erma Kidd of Pikeville, KY and Jackie Rice. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
