He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Thacker and Nell Branham Thacker; his sons, Alex Holland and Eric Holland; and his siblings, Rayvene, Robert, Lester, Jimmy Thacker and Earline Thacker.
He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Bryant Thacker; his children, Larry Dale Thacker, Emma Sue Hendrickson (Rudy), Kimberly Schmitz (Kurk) and Joyce Holland Ricketts (Jessie); his close friends, Joey Meade, Doug and Jan Salisbury; and his siblings, Raymond Thacker, Faye Taylor, Shirley Fields and Shelly Adkins. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
