Lewis II (Donna) of Sandy Hook, KY.; his siblings, Joyce Tackett (Harold) of Morehead, Jack Lewis (Carol) of Isonville, Homer Lewis (Edna) of Isonville and Dennis Lewis of Isonville; his close friend Geraldine Miller of Sandy Hook, KY.; his grandchildren, Tristan Lewis and Justin Conn; and his brother Carl Lewis.
Honorary pallbearers: Jonathan Riggsby, Doug Keaton, Dwight Whitley, Roland Hutchinson, COVID-19 mandate/regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
