He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Howard (Stephen) of West Liberty and Debbie O'Hara (Darrell) of Isonville; his grandchildren, Melissa Butts (Jeremiah) of Georgetown, Douglas Howard (Erica) of West Liberty, Kentucky. and Sarah Howard of West Liberty, Kentucky.; his brothers, Jimmy Fraley (Wilma) of Olive Hill and Garry Fraley (Carol Jo) of Springfield; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Noah, Haley, Lizzy, Eli, Ella O'Hara, Judah, Jazmine Butts and Reagan Howard.
