He is survived by: his mothers-in-law, June and Lorene Lewis; his brothers-in-law, Roger Lewis and Ronald Lewis; his granddaughter Sheila; his wife Patty Lewis Fannin; his children, Donnie and Elisha Fannin; his granddaughter Reliegh N'Shell Fannin (Baby Doll) of Isonville, Kentucky.; his siblings, Mark Fannin (Tammy) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Vicky Riffe (Bob) of Webbville, Debbie Skaggs (Roger) of Sandy Hook and Leah Gillium (Clay) of Morehead, Kentucky.; and his brother-in-law Rodney Lewis.
