With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Belle Skaggs of Isonville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 23, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Maxie and Elizabeth Eldridge Maxie; her husband Alfred Estill Skaggs; her daughters, Ruthie Maxie and Kay Louise Skaggs; and her siblings, William Maxie, Higgie Maxie, Kenderick Maxie, Ira Maxie, Virgil Maxie and Easter Salyers.
She is survived by: her children, David Ray Skaggs, Easter Dulin "Lonnie", Donna Adair "Richard Fraley", Tabatha Skaggs "Terry Porter" and Katherine Skaggs-Hurtt "Terry". She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren.
