She is survived by: her mother Patricia Kelly; her children, Jennifer Line and Jason Liam Moore of Isonville, Kentucky.; her siblings, James Paul Wagoner of Morehead, Charles Kelly of Sandy Hook, Chris Wagoner of Troy, Ohio., Barbara Hamilton of Isonville, Wilma Baltes of Troy and Janice Dent of Ohio; her grandmother Phyllis Kellin Kelly of Isonville; and her close friend Jason Moore.
