He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Bailey and Paulene Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy and Glenn. He is survived by: his wife Fredia Karen Terry; his children, Karen and Matthew (Maddie); his grandchildren, Tekoa, Taylor and Jackson; his siblings, Marcia, Phillip (Pat) and Randy (Sharie); his siblings-in-law, Sharon (Glenn), Patty (Jack), Merissa (Dale), Brenda, Debbie (John), Johnny (Karen), Freddie (Jeannie) and Gerry; and his nephew Mark. He is also survived by friends and family.
In lieu of flowers or memorials the family asks that you please donate to the funeral fund in Wayne's name at Letcher Funeral Home. Donations can be made by phone or in person at the funeral home.
