He is survived by: his children, Tim Collins II (Suzette) of Isom, Delma Amburgey (Mandie) of Isom and Virginia Kiser (Sammy) of Deane; his stepchildren, Jason Miller of Georgetown and Becky Miller of Hazard; his brother Dickie Collins (Dawnie) of Vicco; his grandchildren, James (Ashley), Justin, MacKenzie, Ethan, Kera, Jayda, Zachary, Seth, Aaron, Zoey and Taylor; and his close friend Jerry Amburgey.
