He is survived by: his wife Carol Stephens Breeding; his sons, Jarrod Breeding of Isom, Stephen Breeding (Tosh) of Isom and Scott Breeding (Emily) of Isom; his siblings, Kevin Breeding of Isom, Jeff Breeding of Isom, Mike Breeding of Isom, Toby Breeding of Isom, Larry Breeding of Louisville, Doris Hopkins of Middletown, Ohio and Shelby Caudill of Middletown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jaeleigh Breeding, Cullen Breeding, Channing Breeding, Kimbre Breeding, Kyli Sexton and Bradyn Sexton; and his pets, Rocket, Tucker, Ernie Caudill, Ed Banks and Jerry Adams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
