He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Collins. He is survived by: his parent Nellie Collins of Colson; his spouse Ivealue Bailey; his children, Jerri Fields (Jonathan) of Mayking and Ricky Paul Collins (Karen) of Isom Ky; his sisters, Sandy Hammock (Steve) of Whitesburg and Shelia Biggerstaff (Ronnie) of Whitesburg; his grandson Hunter Fields; and also Jonathan.
