She is survived by: her children, John Morton of Isom, Charles Morton (Evelyn) of Isom, Christopher Morton (Amie) of Pippa Passes, Oscar Collins (Barb) of Isom, Wesley Collins (Teresa) of Isom, Darrell Collins (Judy) of Isom, Lovell Collins of Whitesburg, Tina Sexton (Kelly) of Mayking, Donna Collins of Lebanon, Christine Costa of Ocala, Judy Collins of Louisville, Danzel Pugh of Millstone, Rose Pugh (David) of Ashland and Evelyn Smith of Raven; her brother Franklin Fouts (Betty) of Eubanks; and her close friend Ruth Brown.
